New Football Coach Training Course Announced

The next Level 1 football coaching course has been announced.

"This course has been specifically designed to assist people over the age of 16 to gain the knowledge to enable them to deliver safe, ethical and effective football coaching sessions for grass roots players aged 7 to 16 years," said Neil Jordain, Tavistock Football Development Officer for West Devon Borough Council.

" It is seen very much as a stepping stone to working with a junior club and an excellent introduction to coaching."

The cost is £100 or £90 for members of current Charter Standard clubs. It will run 17-29 May at Tavistock College and includes training in first aid.
