good stables in unbeatable location

If you drive out of Tavistock toward Okehampton, thru Mary Tavy, you'll go past an old mine engine house - Wheal Betsy. Cholwell is the farm you can see just across the valley. In the open morrland, Hundreds of square miles of it. On the doorstep! The stables is long established with a decent reputation. I know it as a place for a day ride out. Good people and animals there. It was the setting for a BBC TV THE VET drama a few years back, and is close to Brentor Church that you'd recognise from many TV appearances. If you love horses and Dartmoor - give it a go!
