One of the best veterinary surgeries I used. One of our beloved lurchers broke his leg badly at the weekend and has spent best part of this week with them. He's been extremely well cared for at every stage by all the staff there - nothing has been too much trouble even when we've gone to visit our poorly boy. The level of communication has been excellent with explanations of what's happening and costs involved at every stage. I can't thank and praise them enough.

I can't praise Westmoor Vets enough. The service is excellent, from dental checks to routine operations like neutering and spaying, as well as more serious lifetime or terminal illnesses. When it was time for my cat to leave us the wonderful vet who had been looking after him came to our home to put him to sleep. He was old and had been poorly for some time and that made the world of difference to him and me. The sensitivity and professionalism throughout his treatment was second to none and the efforts not to run up huge bills was impressive. I did encounter one idiot there in the last 8 years, but I think he was definitely the exception to the rule.
Westmoor vets has been trading for many years and I would not take my beloved animals anywhere else. The staff are friendly and helpful and the vets themselves are very experienced and knowledgable. No vets are cheap and Westmoor is no exception but I believe the prices they charge are a fair reflection of the job they do.
This is a very good Veterinary Centre. The nurses and vets at this practice are compassionate with patients and animals alike. They are kind and caring and generally have a smile on their face. You are certainly treated well and are made to feel like your animal is important, which is great in todays world where getting more people through the door means more money for the business.

ReportLike many vets, you might leave feeling like you've been slightly done over on the expenditure side of things. However, the main thing with a vets is the service they provide and the care with which they deliver it. On both these counts their vets and admin staff a very good. They have a good sized waiting area and make you feel welcome when you arrive with your pet. There may be cheaper alternatives out there but vets are usually somthing you don't take chances on...
