Two days after booking my car in for its MOT at Specialist Vehicles I was called to be told the courtesy car I had been promised was not available. Fearing a long bus trip or expensive taxi ride I was instead told a member of the team would drop me back to work and pick me up to collect it at the end of the day. What great customer service. After my car was tested I was picked up by a chap from the garage that afternoon. The car passed the MOT (luckily) and my car was returned as I left it. Overall a friendly team with reasonable prices and top notch work. What more do you need?
