What's your sport?
Super Saturday is being organised by Tavistock Community Sports Centre and West Devon Borough Council. There will be opportunities for children, young people and adults to try lots of the Olympic sports, free of charge and in a fun and safe environment.
On the morning of the 22nd September there will be a traditional
sports fair with lots of local clubs on hand to talk about their sports
and how you can get involved. In addition, there will be a series of half
hour taster sessions open to children, young people, adults and people with disabilities. It’s all free of charge, we just ask that children under the age of 14 are accompanied by an adult.
Super Saturday will have the majority of the Olympic sports covered so if you have ever fancied having a go at archery, shooting a goal in hockey, throwing a discus or cycling, come down and see what it’s all about. There’s no need to book, just turn up on the day.
Come and join us to try out a variety of Olympics sports on our Super Saturday, 22nd September 9:00am - 12:30pm
