Open day at
Dartmoor Gliding Society

Located near the Brentor Church

DGS is a not for profit local Gliding Club and is opening its doors to the public on 25 April 2011. From 9.00 am
to late, visitors are welcome.

No entrance fee or parking fees. Small
donations are always welcome.
Well behaved children and dogs on leads
are welcome in the public areas.

During the day you can for no cost:

Meet the instructors and members
Have the aircraft cockpits and
controls explained to you by experts.
Fly the flight simulator under
the BGA instructors direction.
Watch the flying.
View the airfield
operations from the safety of the airfield vehicles.

At a cost, you
can also purchase a flight in a glider and experience it for yourself.
