Dartmoor Border Morris

Dartmoor Border Morris perform`s traditional border dances from the English/Welsh borders. The side is a family based side with ages from 2 through to 82!!!
A season of Mummers play`s has also become a firm favourite! We practice (yep,it`s hard to beleave)! from October to April on a Wednesday eve in Meavy Village hall at 8pm,then off to the Walkhampton Inn for a music session.
From May through to September we play at various pub`s on Dartmoor of a Wednesday night,& visit many local fete`s & festivals.
We`re on the lookout for anyone who can play any accoustic instrument of any grade to join us,or any fit person with a good pair of dancing feet. Tuition will obviosly be given!!!
