    Dear M&B,

    I have let properties through M & B Residential Lettings for a number of years. Michelle and her team have always offered a professional and reliable service at affordable prices. Many agents charge sub contractors 10% or more commission on jobs forwarded on to them which means the contractor charges the landlord more. M & B don't so that means I get charged exactly what the job cost. This is a massive plus when juggling finances for remedial or emergency works on my properties. I cannot recommend M & B highly enough, they make sure my houses are treated in the same way they would treat their own home and the tenants found are of a high quality.
