I have been passed some very interesting stats....

This is unbelievable, but can you imagine working for a company that has a little more than 600 employees and has the following employee statistics:

29 have been accused of spouse abuse

7 have been arrested for fraud

9 have been accused of writing bad cheques

17 have directly or indirectly bankrupted at least 2 businesses

3 have done time for assault

71 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit

14 have been arrested on drug-related charges

8 have been arrested for shoplifting

21 are currently defendants in lawsuits

84 have been arrested for drink driving in the last year

...and collectively, last year alone, they have cost the British tax payer £92,993,748 in expenses!!!

    Which organization is this?

It's the 635 members of the House of Commons, the same group that
cranks out hundreds of new laws each year designed to keep the rest of
    us inline.

What a bunch we have running our country - it says it
all. And just to top it they probably have the best 'corporate'
    pension scheme in the country!!

Could not match the expenses or pension with examples. They have that sown up.

This lists gives credit to the conduct of our current Member of Parliament, Geoffrey Cox.

The Conservative Members of Parliament also post every expense they claim online.

Really? In that case why did Mr Cox claim £837.50 for mortgage interest on the 28/05/09? And also £1750 in mortgage interest for April 08 etc.

All MP's expenses are published online, regardless as to which party they belong.

Why don't you email and ask him? If the well publicised reasons have eluded you.

As for publishing expenses on-line. I have made comment about those expenses claimed not paid or allowed.

Do you think I would get a reasonable reply? Of course not, I would get more Tory fob off. And yes the well publicised have elluded me as obviously they are not that well publicised !!

Sorry, missed your comments about claimed not paid or allowed. I could only see above 'gives credit to the conduct of our current Member of Parliment'

Perhaps it's typed in invisible ink?
