I think you should complain to Morrison's H.Q. it can be done by email. I complained earlier this year about the length to time it took to get served at the tills. In favour of Morrison's cafe they do have a good menu along with value for money, unlike Tesco or Asda who are contracted out to caterer's who provide a rubbish menu and food.
I have has the same problem with the cafe at Morrisons, not only did we have to wait for fourty five minutes for our food when it arrived the fish was just batter and there where about six chips that had bad bits on them. About a month ago I got in touch with Morrisons as I bought a pack of cakes and when I was going through the checkout I noticed a live fly inside the packet when I showed the cashier all she did was ring her bell for another member of staff to replace the cakes nothing was said I never got an apology or anything, the standards have gone down recently they haven't even got the necessities like bread eggs milk and for the past week I have been trying to get grapefruit as I have one daily when I asked the man who was filling the shelves if he had any in the store he said no and that I should have bought more when they did have them I told him I had bought six but he just walked away muttering under his breath. This store needs to be visited by one of there top people as it is not acceptable how they treat there customers who keep them in there jobs.
