    History will be made tonight.

Why is this so important to me at least. Because England are being taken for a nation of highly taxed mugs.

Wales, Scotland and N. Ireland are shouting from their own rooftops as to what they want and what they will give themselves.

From Free Parking at all NHS Hospitals to Free Prescriptions (No Tax).

The only time someone shouts up for England is when there is a football match on.

What's the verdict then? Do we agree with the ITV poll and think Nick Clegg came out on top? Will this affect the way you vote?

If the Lib Dems continue to hold the current increase in popularity then I might just change my stance from not voting to most certainly voting, we need a fresh start and Nick certainly made me sit up and listen.

Interestingly, the poll on the right hand side of this website now shows the Lib Dems ahead of the Tories, which the other day was the other way around.

I'll be watching progress closely and will decide to either vote Lib Dems or not vote closer to them time.

It was hardly a debate. It was a political outing. Brown and Cameron were in fact holding their own debate at times. Brown trying to bring in Clegg for support when he was losing his point.

This was the first ever 'debate' and I have a feeling that the next one will be quite different.

I could be cruel and say that Clegg did well because he was used to addressing a mute audience...

    In the short term 'No'.

I try not to make snap judgements unless it is a matter of life and death. Alternatively a situation where an immediate response is needed or the moment would be gone.

I see good in any other political party than Labour.

In the physical World rather then the virtual World, I see far more good.

    That can't be bad.

Have been a fan and friend of Vince Cable - always hear common sense from him.

It was interesting to see that Vince was declaring the same sort of amounts claimed over 12 months by Geoffrey Cox.

I just wanted to put this in perspective as this was posted with great fanfare. Many MP's are declaring similar amounts for what is a few hours here and there.

Amounts per day that it takes people in the Street, months to earn.

    Even longer after Tax.
