Abhorrent Service @ Abbey Surgery? Interested to know whether anyone else has had bad service from this mockery of a surgery? Don't get me wrong I think the staff are (mostly - droopy draws receptionist aside) great. But it seems they've taken on to many patients in my view. Recently I have had to wait over 45 mins and 1 hour and 15 mins for my appointment. In addition my partners paper work was lost! And when she went for her appointment they didn't even have a record that it was booked!
