Very yummy fish and chips, lovely location, worth a visit. A********************

We loved it. very friendly staff, quick service, clean and tidy tables and most importantly very nice fish and chips. This was not my family's first visit.

    A large fish and chip shop and restaurant in Tavistock, the aptly titled ‘The Tavistock’ offers a lovely range of reasonably priced food. The West Street chippy also offers take away which is served hot enough to enjoy when you arrive back to your home or featured destination. As a restaurant you can also enjoy healthy sized portions in clean and friendly surroundings.

    The Tavistock fish and chip shop offers a good range of reasonably priced food. It is ideal for a quick cheap meal upon opening when the shop is not very busy. At peak times however it is definatly worth placing an order by phone due to waiting times being quite long! All in all a good fish an chip shop for all.

    A nice fish and chip shop, good food, good portions and you rarely have to wait unless you ask for something specific. They also do chicken KFC style and its very good. Everything is always piping hot which is great because we like to take our up on the moors to eat with a view and they are always still hot when we get there! The staff are always cheery and the service is excellent. Sometime nothing else will hit the spot like fish and chips (Im hungry now after writing this!)

    Your local average fish and chips

       

    Have had fish and chips from here a couple of times and it is you average good old chippy. Service with a smile -when I went in there a little while ago the young members of staff in there at the time were singing, dancing and incredibly entertaining and funny! Made my short wait very enjoyable! Food is nice and average price.
