We've been visiting jump for a fair few years now and have always had a great time. The staff are friendly and always on hand to help if needs be. The kids always have a great time, including the big kids. it's a prefect option if the weather is wet and whats great is it's outside of the centre so parking is never an issue and it's free!

I don't know where they get there prices from?
I would love to take my little girl to Jump in the week but do not understand why a 1 year old is £3 but now she has turned 2 she is £6 +
Also of a weekend for a 6 year old plus a 2 year old & 2 adults it cots almost £20 for 2 hours!!
Then my 6 year old gets told off by staff if he tries to get in to the toddler bit to find me and my 2 year old!

Have just been for the first time under new ownership. I thought it was a bit limited for toddlers. The ball pool is a bit too deep and the other biggest peice of equipment forces them to crawl. My little one enjoyed it but he was looking for something else to do after an hour. The facilities for older children looked much better so we did have go on the big slide. If you do take on older child you will need deep pockets as you aren't allowed to eat your own food and there are a number of extras which aren't included e.g. the climbing wall. I would go again but not as a regular thing.

Jump is quite expensive but there is little else to do on a rainy hiliday day. What is most annoying is charging adults to get in. I don't and never will, intend on goin on anything, nor will my mate who usually has a baby with her 9The staff see this but still charge her) nor will me mum who is 67!!! Jump - you need to stop charging parents just to sit at a table........

We also went there yesterday it was very busy but what else is there to do on a wet half term day. We had vouchers from the herald - Staff helpful, and kids had a great time (as always) - Hasn't put us off in fact going again on Friday. Keep up the good work Jump - Also recieved a leaflet stating adults free termtime midweek and half price after school from 4pm. So after school the cheapest place to play in Plymouth

Iv been to jump severall times but find it VERY expensive and dirty. We visited today and we nearly had a heart attack when we heard it was £7.20 per child and i had 3 children with me! The place needs a good clean and also needs minor repairs in and around the play frames area. I dont think ill be going back there

I have taken my nieces and nephew to Jump in Plymouth a few times now, and they absolutely love it! Its great for rainy days too, when they may otherwise be hyper and climing the walls!
