Talk Talk in Tavistock

The following comment has been posted on the Tavistock People Facebook page: "Watch out Tavistock people. If you're with Talk Talk (TV broadband and calls) they misrepresented and we ended up with no telly service, and cannot be reinstated. The only option, depending on what telly you want maybe Sky, not that is a problem, but the fact is WE WERE TOLD A PACK OF LIES AND CUT OFF, apparently they're still around, and we're waiting for a response from the Senior Director of customer services. You have been warned."
Has anyone else had any problems with the company?

I am with TalkTalk at present. There is no problem with their service only the network that BT provide. Much of it is not up to providing stable and efficient broadband service or data transmission. It was built for voice calls. Without superfast fibre optic broadband there are always going to be problems now and in the future.
