Devon and Cornwall Police have just issued a warning about the closure of the A388 between Callington and St Mellion.

Police and other emergency services are currently dealing with a road traffic collision near the Amey Tree junction.

Oficers were called to the scene at around 8.14am this morning. Three vehicles were involved in the incident - a black Volkswagen Golf, a black Harley Davidson motorcycle, and a Land Rover Discovery.

There are no details of any injuries at this time but the road is blocked. Police are closing the A388 at that location for the time being.

The road is being closed at Vividen roundabout, Callington roundabout and Ducathwell.

Motorists are advised to avoid this stretch of road for the time being.
